Our open book approach allows us to work closely with our customers to ensure we provide the correct repair solution for them, on-time, in-full and in-estimate! - 2 Dalby high top spray booths giving us 3 low bake paint ovens. Both are 60ft (18.3m) long allowing us to paint any size or length of commercial vehicle or trailer
- 80 ft Josam chassis alignment system for straightening heavily twisted or bent HGV. LGV and trailer chassis
- Josam laser measuring system, for the correct alignment of wheels and chassis. Correct wheel and steering alignment will cut tyre wear and improve on fuel consumption
- Josam cab jig for repairing all makes of cab shells. This allows us to re-align floor mounting points, pull cab pillars and renew panels and roof sections. Giving extensive savings against the cost of a new cab shell
- Alesco induction heater allowing pin point heating of chassis sections without distortion or damage to surrounding chassis or related areas
- Glasurit and PPG paint schemes both linked with computerized paint matching camera and mixing system. This ensures we can provide you with a pre-accident colour match and finish
- Tig, mig, spot and aluminium welding coupled with full fabrication facilities
- Miracle Pull panel repair system allowing van and car body panels to be repaired, giving cost savings against new panels
